Objective: Redesign the Cobalt Credit Union mobile app with the small business owner in mind.
The goal of this redesign concept was to focus on creating more touch points for the brand to retain existing clients and earn new customers by getting more members to easily pay bills, transfer money and make deposits on-the-go.
After speaking with a group of small business owners who use the Cobalt mobile app, we found that several limitations that kept the users from utilizing more of Cobalt Credit Union’s products – namely mobile bill pay, mobile deposits and transfers to other banks.
By rethinking the Cobalt mobile app, specifically the functionality and user task flows, we can empower small business owners to do more with acces to increased Cobalt product offerings. Along the way, give them the tools they need to grow their business.
After defining the problem and identifying the solution, we develop the personas and low-fidelity wireframes.
