Cedars-Sinai is a highly respected medical institution whose patients value privacy, doctors’ attention to detail and professional manner. To achieve this, Cedars-Sinai has a robust internal training program. Our task was to update their internal training program modules, integrating gamification to enhance retention of information and help employees complete the training process faster.

For this program, we first developed wireframes for each screen breakpoint. From there we developed the look for the game module shells, intro and outro templates and developed five game-templates for the client to drop into their training content system. Each of the 8 modules included videos and a gamified processes to test retention of information.
